After receiving your J. Gray order, you have 15 days to initiate and return your product for a refund. We do not accommodate exchanges at this time.
If you are considering purchasing a J. Gray product or initiating a return, please take note of the following:

Custom orders, which means any products customized with your name, initials or something of your choosing, are not available for return, refund or exchange.

J. Gray does not refund shipping costs and will not cover the cost of your return shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
All customized J. Gray products are ineligible for return, exchange or refund. Custom orders are final sale.
Exchanges
J. Gray does not accommodate exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
