J. Gray's Heirloom Blankets are well made and substantial, different to the muslin you'll outgrow in Baby's first 3 months, and oversized, measuring over 4 feet on each side. Our blankets are intended for use during naps, as a floor blanket, play mat or elegant crib or chair throw. 

J. Gray Heirloom Nursery Blankets are handmade in California from two beautifully woven 100% cotton textiles. The top layer of each blanket is made from a hardworking, easy clean oxford stripe while the bottom is a cozy flannel.

Returns

After receiving your J. Gray order, you have 15 days to initiate and return your product for a refund. We do not accommodate exchanges at this time.

If you are considering purchasing a J. Gray product or initiating a return, please take note of the following: 

  1. Custom orders, which means any products customized with your name, initials or something of your choosing, are not available for return, refund or exchange. 

  2. J. Gray does not refund shipping costs and will not cover the cost of your return shipment. 

  3. J. Gray charges a restocking fee of 5% based on the value of the product you would like to return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 

All customized J. Gray products are ineligible for return, exchange or refund. Custom orders are final sale.

Exchanges

J. Gray does not accommodate exchanges at this time.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
